Up North Assessments LLC is completely computerized utilizing Market Drive Assessment Software as our primary assessment program. Features of the program include: computer generated custom valuation reports for real and personal property, integrated APEX sketching program, integrated digital photographs, integrated commercial valuations (Marshall & Swift), integrated mobile home monthly parking permit fees valuations/reports/letters, and integrated Crystal Reports for custom querying and reporting. Market Drive assessment software also has the ability to communicate electronically with both: 1) almost every County in the state of Wisconsin for fast and efficient communicating of assessment information and data, and 2) the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for electronic submission of required forms as well as posting of required sales/assessment data information.
